All subscription requests regarding address adjustment and cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next charge date. Once your order has been placed or your monthly shipment begins processing, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we'll issue a full refund within a year of purchase - no questions asked, no ifs, no ands, no buts. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
